Error 53 is a failure in the memory access. It is either due to bad memory partition or the incorrect system set-up between the MCS and IMS.

ok i moved encoders sw7 and sw8 and now i have the error 68.. thanks for your reply

error 68 is time out error, when trying to get the image data. You may check the Analog/digital cable or you have a board not working

Gustavo is correct about error 68 being an acquisition timeout. You have it connected to a Sytec so, it must be an analog interface. I would guess that you probably do not have the proper machine codes stored in the IMS.
