This error is indicative of a failure of some part of the software not starting properly. This can be caused by a failure of the system PC or faulty software. I would recommend you reseat all of the boards in the PC assembly and see if that fixes it. If not, then the next step would be to reload system software. If that does not fix it, then replace the system PC.
If you remove the rear cover, you will see the system PC. There are a number of boards plugged in to the motherboard. They are held in by screws. Remove the screws and slide out each board and then push it back in and reattach the screw.
