When i switch-on the unit after few seconds, error 17 appears.KV and mAs can be adjusted but error 17 appears again.The unit cannot exposed.

Check The bank capacitor, internal short-circuiting in a capacitor .... or Fuse and contact to bank. marcos7399@gmail.com

I'm also having Error 17 after power on. The caps seem to be okay but led V6 and V15 on charge control circuit is off. Any clue?

Most probably some capacitor in the capacitor bank is Leaky. Please check all the capacitors individually with an ESR meter. I have came across same problem and found one capacitor trouble some.

Thank you Ra Raza for your concern. The unit seems to be workin now after following Marcos tech. advise. I did open the unit and re-tightened caps contacts.
