Hi Romano, good afternoon. Just add another hard drive to the unit. I have been work with these systems here in the US and usually, when the hard drive gets full, we add another hard drive.

Typically you have to hire Konica to wipe the HD. Otherwise you have to reformat /reload SW then buy a Licenes from them .

Removing the patient database can be done from the service item. There is no need to format the disk.
