1.This machine connect wiht CT scan?, Manufacture? Model?.
2. When you power on. " Ready" displayed on pad panel?.
3. Check signal cable between printer & pad panel,check temperature on Laser unit in service mode.
4.Do you have " Tera term" software?. This software can help you connect with printer by RS232 and loading error log.

The Unit can not print test, calib but it has not any error on control panel
