dear everyone
I have a problem with senograph 800 (E10 heating error track 1 022/002). the error is appear intermittenly (after 5th exposure). I have checked the thermostat(tube housing) and fillament, everything is OK.
can somebody help me, thank you
sorry for my english
Sounds like the computer dosen't think that the filament is there. It could be a poor connection in the High voltage probe(candle stick)either at the tube or tansformer. Other possiblilities include the feedback cables from the transformer to the 400PL1 PL2 boards. Worst case, it could be the tube, after it heats up a little after 3-4 exposures the filament may open.
IN EXPERIENCES THE ERROR APPEARS WHEN THE ARC IN TUBE DURING IN XRAY EXPOSURE. THE PROBLEM IS IN TRACK 1 ONLY, PROBE WITH THE SMALL FILLAMENT, TRACK 2, IF YOU NO HAVE THE PROBLEM WITH THESE.
FOR YOUR PROBLEMS ARE ARC IN TUBE, THE SYSTEM 800T BLOCKED THE EQUIP WHEN THE 5 ARC IN TUBE APPEARS., YOU OFF THE EQUIP AND THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED.
I would tend to agree about the tube being the problem. If both large and small filaments arc at high KV and/or longer exposures then the tube is OLD or Gassy. There is a tube warm-up procedure in the service manual for the gassy problem, that may help if the tube isn't OLD, (Cal. job card 10). If the problem is only associated with one focal spot then the tube is even more suspect. Sorry I couldn't get back to this sooner, I tried to send a PDF file but it was to lagre (even win-ziped) to e-mail to you.
