Means AOS shell is not booting up completely.
Start IMOS Drystar3000 (if you do not get access to the Drystar, the hard disk may be defective)
Enter Menu - Applications - customization- name/value edit
Look to the complete list and see where it stops which will point you to the last driver that booted up completely.
Generally to solve issue:
- check whether the VME hardware interfaces are really installed as shown in the configuration screen.
- check jumper settings of the VME interface
- reinstall software from scratch

Better yet get rid of the DS3000, there isn't any support from AGFA for this printer. Also film has been discontinued. Replace with a DS5300, 5302, AXYS or a 5503.

You will be able to monitor the download process, test, decipher the error codes and correct them using the IMOS program. Check your e-mail.
