CTi Problem SBC Error

Hello:
I am having a problem with a GE CTi scanner. When starting up the system a message appears on the screen "SBC not responding. It may be booting up", and it stays there for a long time. Eventually every once in a while we have access to previous studies and the application menu, but then when attempting to warm up appears the legend "SBC has gone down". Thanks for any help.

You most likely have a bad disc drive or drive controler.

try to reload software on sbc. refore format the sbc diskdrives.

check your cable from specialix board to bit 3.
