I need some body helpme with any information about the starter unit for this ct, when the generator wants start the contactor that allows it turn on and off indicating an error (rotating fault) , before that we changed into the starter unit a darlignton unit because was blowed fired... plus other components but still keep doing the same error, please some body helpe with squematics or anything
the error that was apearing at ocp was 1017 but after the starter blowed up we have no error only in the leds from xsc that is on the red one indicating rotational problems
You can test the High Speed Starter through command rn 0 and rn 1.
If rotors runs OK, your HSS will be fine.
Command ring will confirm if there is any rotation error in gantry.
Joel, check your starter again it may be a faulty one or you also have a problem with your x-ray tube. try with manexp see if it works that way if does it may indicate a problem on the control signals from the xsc.
Joel, first off all, you need to check the error condition over iqout
command iqout
xe (xsc status)
verify if you have a "no oil flow message" 1017, if you do, probably your insert it is broken and you will not be able to turn the unit on
Normally the darlington and the 3 fuses burns after insert´s implosion (current raises quickly)
If you have this message you can bypass the error by shorting the points j10 and j11 (flow switch) and after that type rn 1 (rotor on) over iqout
(TEST PURPOSE ONLY)
disconnect the big black plug near the tube.
there is 6 points plear measre the resistance of the run and phase winding( between the black red white ).
how much the 2 resistances?
it may drift and cause the Starter trouble.
what is the tube type?
