Log into the public GE website - www.gehealthcare.com. Go to Support > Documentation Library > Cardiology. Run a search for Service Manual 2002213-215.
The Image CD Kit can be purchased through Customer Support at (800) 558-7044 option 2 using part number 2009518-017.
The kit includes CASE Application CD v5.15. If a newer version is required, you must open a service request through Customer Support at (800) 558-7044 option 3.
