Biosound megas problem

When I change the TCG ( level 3 max or level 6,7 min) , there are white vertical lines in the middle ot the screen so I can't make the scan. If i change the TCG, sometime these lines become very small but till have.
Anybody know that? Please help me resolve this problem. thanks

could be dead elements in the probe check with another probe to see if the problem goes away

Thanks for your suggest, I did check the probe already, and sure that the probe is OK, anything else I need check?

reloading the software would be my next choice before opening up the system,if you have to try reseating the boards they shift always and can cause problems
