Normally on Aq64, you have a small RS232 cable to connect on the back of gantry to have more detail on error, have you checked it ?
XC error can be any part from the XRay chain but also other trouble....better to check with XC status cable

Hi Leonardo!
Aquilion systems permit You to perform some tests only when using the long serial cable Mr. Bultot wrote about, while using a special made software to connect to the XC board inside the rotating part of the gantry, through some other boards.
So You'll need this cable, but if You cannot find it You can still use a normal serial null-modem cable (RX-TX twisted on the two sides of the cable), but be adviced this cable should be long enough to make it possible for You to perform the tests WITHOUT being exposed to the X-rays.
Furthermore, You'll need the software I wrote about, which is called XC-Test V.xx (depending on the Aquilion model You have).
So my advice is that You try and find the long serial cable as a first step, then we can discuss about what You might do with it.
In the meantime, have You tried to perform a seasoning, instead of a warm-up? Does it work correctly? Last question, has this system not been working for some days-weeks, before You did this last warm-up (maybe because of vacations or so)?
Best regards,
Ivano Murat

Dear Sir,
You should check in Generator board one fuse. Maybe this fuse is damage.

Is this a Spellman or the older style SRU Toshiba generator? The error you listed is Abnormal input power / HFG error. (Spellman) Check the AC input voltage at TB1 of the AC chassis it should measure 200 VAC +/- 10% if good Measure the DC rail voltage at TB2 it should be 254 VDC or greater.

The engineer came and we think the problem is the inversor or the generator. We are going to change these thinks and see how it goes.

Dear sir,
XC - error mean, you don't have connection with generator. You should check generator board. In the generator board you must see one fuse, check this fuse.
