You have to go to the service menu, diagnostics screen, and find the problem exactly. It could be just defective selenoide, or a gas bench problem, but you must find out exactly which part is defetive from the service screen since Philips charges so much money for the parts. I have the service manual if you need it.
Who knows the supply source of IR head on AGM-philips PN: M1024. Also, I am looking for some more spare parts for Philips P.monitoring such as model V24, V24CT, C1, AGM ...
