AGFA ADC SOLO CR without Specification disk machine

Hi There.
My problem began with Hard disk failure on a ADC SOLO DIGITIZER, I've replaced this H.D. and reinstalled the O.S. and looks fine, but the images are very smoothed like film with dust over it. I've tried with shading calibration but the problem continue. I know that we need install a specification machine disk but the customer doesn't have any diskettes !!! Do you know other way to eliminate the smoothed on images without the specification machine disk?
Any comments will be appreciated.

You can re write the laser information manually but if you don't know what your doing I would not risk it, I was shown in Agfa Munich how to do this and even I would not try it in the field it is very risky and you could damage the laser completely, if you have serial number of the laser scanner and machine you might be able to get a factory copy from Agfa healthcare directly but you will need the disk to fix the problem sorry
