Acuson S2000 Explorer entry Problem

Hey there,
i am working on an acuson S2000, but I cant enter the file explorer by shortcut LOCAL PRINTER > Backspace > Backspace.
I think it is a Windows Problem, because it opens an empty internetexplorer page, just called PRINTERS, not the printer hardware page. Maybe the system caught an InternetExplorer 8 update!!!
Any hints to still open an explorer window in the service menu?

Try going to local service and hit Ctrl+N to open a new window

Thank you Brad, forgot already about your earlier hint...saved me. I could then deinstall the i-explorer 8 update on the xp 64bit base installation, and all worked as usual...

It sounds like you need to replace a hard drive. It is a 500GB or 1TB hard drive. Software should be with the machine. Very easy to load. Then load the backup sw/settings and ultrasound specific settings on the backup disk.
