Acuson -shutdown problems

Dear friends,
When I shutting down Siemens Antares it displays the window:
"System shutdown"
"Detecting network-Data transfer in progress"
Below it is blue bar that comes very slowly and then hangs (not responding). So I have to push and hold on/off button for 5 sec.to shutdown Antares.
I delete all patient data, but no result.
What do you recommend to do?

Hello,
Check all network job statuses and printer queue.
Also reinstallation of the software would definitely help.
Readout logs for the error descriptions.

First. Make a SECTOR BY SECTOR copy of HDD. Then put it on another HDD (copy) and check if problem persist. Inform us.

The problem is dissapeared by itself at the next day.
I suppose it was the problems with software.
