Acuson -shutdown problems

Dear friends,
When I shutting down Siemens Antares it displays the window:
"System shutdown"
"Detecting network-Data transfer in progress"
Below it is blue bar that comes very slowly and then hangs (not responding). So I have to push and hold on/off button for 5 sec.to shutdown Antares.
I delete all patient data, but no result.
What do you recommend to do?

First. Make a SECTOR BY SECTOR copy of HDD. Then put it on another HDD (copy) and check if problem persist. Inform us.
