connect a monitor and keyboard to SBC and watch system boot. I would suspect its not getting past BIOS settings. If so you would need to replace battery on SBC and reload BIOS settings. email me if you have anymore questions tcowell@mmchs.org.

more info for ge carm 9800, monitor screens are not coming up and c stops at 5 arrows, any suggestions would be appreciated
