More weight for healthcare provider ratings

I purchased the Aerobika device. It is defective. When you exhale on it, it doesn’t produce oscillations, which is its main purpose. I reached out to the seller about the issue, but he was dismissive and only offered an apology without any resolution. I will not order from this seller again.

Prior to shipping, the item was professionally inspected in its original sterile condition, properly bubble wrapped for additional protection, and shipped. However, your review is not entirely accurate.
1. You reached out to us after you received the product and mentioned that it was defective. We attempted to gather more information to see how we could manage it, at which point you mentioned it was dirty inside when you received it. We stated clearly that that was not possible because we inspected and photographed the item before shipping it. The item was sealed in cellophane from the factory, which meant the only way to use it was to break the seal. Additionally, we wrapped it in bubble wrap before putting it in the final mailing package. That is three layers of protection. Given that it was improbable it was dirty inside, I questioned the credibility of your story and raised this point.
2. Once I pointed that out, you replied about 7 hours later with a picture of a damaged device. The Aerobika device, which is made of durable plastic, appeared to have been deliberately scratched against a rough surface or melted with a hot device, causing about an inch of it to peel off and hang. We mentioned again that the business is trying to retain customers and not drive them away, so there was no way we would send out a device without inspecting it for physical damage. Also, had this been the case when you received it, I believe that would have been your first concern, even before trying to use it.
