After many months of delays, Denholtz defaulted on his Sales Agreement. His rating is in retaliation because we would not absorb 8 months of additional costs and him losing his customer and system order.
David Denholtz responded: Agreed to pay $36K for delays, but he had a buyer who would pay more money. We hired a lawyer in Michigan and got our money back. His rating is in retaliation for us suing his company.
