My purchase was shipped on time, but UPS didn't update the tracking information after several days. I reached out to Josh to find out why the package hadn't been shipped. He immediately responded back to let me know he's had issues with shipping through UPS. I absolutely understand since I've experienced problems with them. He shipped another box of Belmont tubing to me immediately. I received it and am happy with what I ordered. Thank you Josh for your quick response and resolution. I will be ordering from you again.

Never shipped after purchase. Seller claimed it was lost however no longer responds to initial correspondence (multiple emails and phone calls). I filed claim with credit card company for refund. Eventually, owner of company contacted me and said that carrier (UPS) was likely stealing packages and he then provided refund. Have adjusted my rating from 1 star to the above as refund was finally provided.

Do not purchase from this "booth". They do not ship on time. It took 4 phone calls and emails just to get them to ship. Once we received the products only 2 of the 8 products were the correct products. After shipment, he refused to respond to our request to return the products we can not use. We would give him 0 stars if that was possible. WAY more hassle than it is worth!

I never received the product or any shipping information or updates. I attempted to resolve the issue by reaching out multiple times via email, phone, and chat but never received a response. Unfortunately, it appears that Recon Medical Supply is just another scam.
