I am very pleased to have discovered this rental service! My teenage son broke a bone in his foot and his podiatrist prescribed a bone stimulator to help speed up the recovery. But we were not prepared to spend thousands of dollars buying a new piece of equipment that we may never use again. Then I found Mountain Family Products with a Google search and decided to try it out after reading the positive reviews. I'm glad I did -- Ross has been very professional and responsive throughout our 5 month rental process. My son's injury is now healed and so I am returning the product to Ross but I would not hesitate to use his service again and highly recommend it to anyone else. Thank you, Ross!

Ross was so amazing and responsive- the unit arrived in a timely manner, she shifted the same day, she asked a couple of questions just to make sure I was getting the right accessories. Everything was clean and functioning. Even a hand written, get well note, which is more than some of us will get from our family and friends lol.

Simply the best from the start of the process until the unit was returned. When I found out I broke my 5th metatarsal (for the 2nd time in 5 years) I did not wait around until insurance decided if I could have an Exogen Bone Stimulator. I immediately searched and found Ross and his rental service. Delivery was quick, and customer service and follow up were the best I've had with any company in a long time. The unit healed my fracture quickly and I was able to get back to my life months faster than letting it heal on its own. Even paying the rental fee, it was less than I would have paid with insurance for a covered unit. Win, win, win!
