More weight for healthcare provider ratings
Our users asked us to change the DOTmed 5-Star Rating System and give more weight to ratings from healthcare providers because, as end-users, they are in the best position to evaluate a dealer's products and services. Therefore, if you work for a healthcare facility, your ratings now have twice the value of dealer-to-dealer ratings. Please rate every company you do business with.

Be careful with their product & customer service. I bought a 2nd hand scope from them. I found the quality & function of the scope to be suboptimal - poor optics, lighting, etc. When they took it back to re-service, they accused me of damaging the scope by scratching the lens & using the wrong accessories. But despite the fix, I was still getting the same problems. So I asked for them to take back the scope. They then completely shut me out. Despite my constant request to speak with a manager, I kept getting the sales rep. The manager was never available, and their answer was that the scope was up to their standards, so thereâs little they could help. For now, I have an expensive scope sitting on my shelf I canât use. I am still baffled by this companyâs high Dotmed rating. Thereâs a problem when their manager refuses to speak with their customers. Those who buy from this company, just hope your equipment is good the first time, else their customer service is horrendous to navigate through.
