I purchased a used Zimmer cryo machine from Mike Moreno. Mike was very responsive, and quickly arranged for a technician to repair the machine when it stopped working a few weeks after purchase.

Our clinic in Austrlia recently bought a Lumenis M22 from Mike. It was our first purchase from overseas and we were cautious to be buying something for $30k from an unknown person. Mike gave me a number of references we could contact in Australia. After speaking with several we felt more confortable with our decision. Even still, Mike was happy to do the purchase agreement under Escrow.com to protect us both. I can say I would happily purchase from Mike again.
