Domestic Shipping Policy: The buyer pays one shipping charge which covers postage, packaging, handling, delivery confirmation, and tracking. Insurance may be extra for some items. Item will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received. The tracking number will be emailed the same day the product is shipped. All packages will be professionally packed. Problems are rare however if an item is damaged on arrival, the buyer agrees to notify us within 3 days with a contact phone number and make the item and the original packaging available for inspection for another 5 days.
