The purpose of this microscope is to view biological studies. This Nikon Ti-U Inverted Microscope is capable of viewing slides, petri dishes and multi well plates.
The AmScope MU1003 10MP USB 3.0 colored CMOS camera is capable of taking detailed digital images and simple measurements.
The Nikon Ti-U Inverted Microscope system includes a Dell Latitude i5 Laptop to control camera software.
The microscope with included objectives of 10x, 20x and 40x plus the 10x eyepieces and included 1.5x internal magnification the maximum magnification is 600x.

Video Description:
The video starts off with a full view of the entire Nikon Ti-U Inverted Microscope. The camera pans around the system bringing into focus all included components.
The live feed is shown as the sample moved around and comes in and out of focus. The fluorescence shutters are opened and the halogen lamp is turned off.
The sample is illuminated from the fluorescence lamp and filter cubes.
The shutters are closed and the halogen lamp is turned back on and there is one final view of the entire Nikon Ti-U Inverted Microscope.
