This Nikon 80i Microscope is in good working order with all aspects tested and fully working.
Microscope optics have been cleaned professionally by our technician under a class 10,000 clean room hood.

The Nikon 80i Microscope passed all tests and was found to be fully functional:

Tested mercury lamp and source: PASSED
Tested mechanical XY stage to limits: PASSED
Tested Z-axis focus to bring sample into focus: PASSED
Tested connection between microscope camera and computer: PASSED
Tested live feed on computer: PASSED
Tested iris adjustment: PASSED
Tested all buttons and controls: PASSED
Tested both lightpaths and shutters: PASSED
During testing this Nikon 80i Microscope was found to have no issues.
A clear image was produced through the eyepieces as well as through the camera port.
All of the motorized components moved freely and the test sample was able to be focused without excessive effort.

This Nikon 80i Microscope is currently set up for Brightfield Transmitted with Phase Contrast Transmitted, Polarized Transmitted, DIC Transmitted and Fluorescence Reflective studies.
This Nikon system includes a Dell i5 Laptop running Windows 10 with AmScope software. This software is able take images and do simple measurements.
With the included 4x, 10x, 20x and 40x combined with 10x eyepieces the total magnification is 400x.
The video start off with a full view of the entire Nikon 80i Microscope. The camera pans around all included components.
The live feed is shown as the sample is moved around using the stage. The DIC components are moved into the light path and DIC illumination is shown on the live feed.
The fluorescence system is show illuminating the sample. There is one more view of the entire Nikon 80i Microscope.
