The ImexDop CT+ from Nicolet is a portable counter-top Doppler that offers even more features than hand-held Dopplers. From the easy-to-use touch controls to the unique smart-charging stand, the ImexDop CT+ features surpass the requirements of even the most demanding user. Interchangeable obstetric and vascular probes allow user to configure the Doppler to meet their specific requirements.
Use the 2 MHz or 3 MHz obstetric probes to hear the fetal heartbeat. Use the 5 MHz or 8 MHz vascular probes to screen patients at risk for stroke, peripheral arterial disease and other occlusive vascular conditions or to monitor difficult pulses and obtain systolic blood pressures quickly and easily.
The IMEXDOP CT+ automatically calculates the fetal heart rate or a pulse, so there is no need to use a watch. State-of-the-art autocorrelation tracks the complex fetal heart sounds and vascular blood flow to provide an accurate count every time.

Built-in, dual speakers provide superb sound quality, even in noisy environments. The unit is larger than our pocket style Dopplers, to ensure it does not get misplaced or stolen, yet it is lightweight at 2.7 lbs. The “On/Off” and volume controls are easily accessible. An LED display shows whether the system is turned on, charging or has low batteries. An automatic “Off” circuit conserves battery life when not on the charging stand.
3 MHz obstetrical probe optimized for early fetal heartbeat detection and best for use during entire pregnancy. The 3 MHz OB probe has a shallower focus than the 2 MHz and is more sensitive to early fetal heartbeats. It can pick up the fetal signals as early as 8 – 10 weeks. It is most commonly used to find fetal heartbeats and to monitor the fetus in the early stages of pregnancy.
8 MHz vascular probe used for identification of superficial vessels. Narrow beam and shape provides optimum sensitivity and ease of use. The 8 MHz vascular probe has a shallower focus and is best used for monitoring peripheral vessels. It is most commonly used for ankle/brachial index (ABI) studies; finding pedal pulses; wound care; and locating hard-to-find pulses in peripheral vessels of diabetic patients.
