This BiPAP appears in good working order. No cosmetic or functional issues are apparent. These are warrantied without odors or cosmetic damage and to ramp up well and have clear and responsive displays. These use a 100-240 VAC input 24 VDC output power supply (P/N MW112RA2600N04) which is not included. Also not included are a SmartCard, filter cover or manual, all of which can be found relatively inexpensively on line and may be purchased separately from Raynor Shine Enterprises if we have inventory of them. A power supply is $50 while the filter covers are free if we have them.

All devices like these purchased on the used market should be sanitized, inspected and set up by a qualified professional before use in their prescribed applications. These are best suited as replacements for identical BiPAPs which have failed as they allow the user to continue on an established routine without the expense in dollars or time of a new machine. There are no apparent functional difference between Sychrony versions sold in different countries. These particular machines have language options of English or French as they were originally purchased in Canada.
