Vision testing slides for Titmus Model V4, and V2 are available individually.

Landolt Ring Slide for Right Eye (SAR-1) is used to test visual acuity in the right eye. Same as Both Eyes, except Landolt Ring symbols are omitted from left eye area. Permits measuring the habitual functioning of the right eye while both eyes look at the slide.

Landolt Ring Slide for Left Eye (SAL-1) is used to test visual acuity in the left eye. Same as Both Eyes, except Landolt Ring symbols are omitted from right eye area. Permits measuring the habitual functioning of the Left Eye while both eyes look at the slides

Allen Picture Slide (SA-APS1) Visual Acuity Test measures binocularity and acuity. Line 1 tests performance of both eyes together and Lines 2, 3 and 4 test acuity for right and left eyes calibrated at 20/30, 20/40 and 20/50

E-Symbols Slide for Both Eyes SAS-2 meaasures Acuity in right and left eyes with Conventional Tumbling "E" symbol. Patient states which way the "E" points in each square.

Heterophoria Slide SPS-3 measures Heterophorias. Muscle imbalance - vertical and lateral - is tested at predetermind pass/fail levels. This test is administered first at far, then at near.
