Any body have any experience with Siemens Pandoros1200 Cardiac Cathlab?
I have a problem.
EVEN WITH THE FIELD PLATE CONNECTIONS DISCONNECTED (ie: ZERO FIELD PLATE CURRENT) POSITIVE SIDE TRIODE CONDUCT. THERE IS LOW XRAY OUTPUT AT THE XRAY TUBE PORT. THE VLOTAGE FEEDBACK FROM THE HT TRANSFORMER(H2) IS 2.7 VOLTS CORRESPONDING TO 27kv OUTPUT. CONSOLE INDICATION 25Kv IN FLURO. XRAY
EXPOSURE TRIPS WITH +VE KV FAULT.
CAN I BE SURE THAT THE PARTICULAR TRIODE IS DEFECTIVE.
PLEASE CONFIRM.
If the TRIODE requires replacement will some one guide me to procure one, suggesting the sources of
supply.
It's hard to believe there is a working Pandoros 1200 Cath Lab still out there. I used to work on them 30 years ago! You can swap the anode & cathode triodes if you suspect a bad triode. If the symptom moves with the triode, then it is bad. If it doesn't move with the tube, then it is something else.
