Hello everyone,
We are having a problem with our echopac to WD NAS. The IP was changed when power went down according to the DR on site and now it doesn't connect to older studies. When I look at the file directories I see the patients listed in the Image folder. I was able to add the IP that is on the NASto echopac and it Pings and verifies but when I try to pull any images before Feb 2nd(today is Mar 18) the hourglass just keeps going. Everything after Feb 2nd comes up. Any suggestions? They send their VIVID S6 images to the Echopac and the images from Echopac to the NAS. Thank you

Delete the entire queue on your ultrasound scanner and Echopac and try the image transfer.

Ok problem resolved. I found the NAS was in dhcp mode. Changed it to static, changed the IP on it to the original it had before and everything worked.
