Scam ICECOMM / Aquatic Global Shipping

August 14, 2010 10:33

A company called ICECOMM Inc email address icecomminc@aol.com, supposedly from New Zealand places an a $5,000. part order and wants to use a shipping company they have used in the past to pick up and deliver their order. the Shipping company's name is Aquatic Global Shipping Co, aquaticglobalship@aol.com. The shipping company quoted $880.00 and wanted payment upfront. "Pickup will be made by our agent in the states afte payment is made by wire transfer (Western Union/Money Gram)". A credit card was given to charge both the shipping and cost of parts. A Visa card was given and also an American Express. After calling the credit card companies both were cancelled several months ago. I'm out 8 hours of labor to process the order but no money.
