November 2020 (Barcelona, Spain) – Adas3D Medical, a company at the technological forefront in bringing cardiac imaging innovations to the electrophysiology space, and Siemens Healthineers, the leading medical imaging technology company, announced today that they are joining forces to bring ADAS 3D software to hospitals around the world.
With the integration of ADAS 3D into syngo.via OpenApps (powered by the Siemens Healthineers’ Digital Maketplace), cardiologists and electrophysiologists will be able to use it in the clinical setting to support the visualization and analysis of cardiac MR and CTA images for patients with cardiovascular disease.

ADAS 3D is a post-processing software tool for cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (MRI) images and Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA) images. It is designed to process DICOM images for the calculation, quantification and visualization of fibrosis and 3D heart structure.
ADAS 3D consists of two modules, one for the Left Ventricle (LV) and another for the Left Atrium (LA). Both modules automatically identify areas of fibrosis in the myocardium and create a 3D model of the patient anatomy, including adjacent structures such as the other heart chambers, the aorta, or the oesophagus. This provides an easy-to-use quantification and visualization tool for the electrophysiologist. The 3D model of the patient generated by ADAS 3D can be exported for visualization to electrophysiology (EP) navigation systems. The modules can be purchased separately or together. ADAS 3D has FDA clearance and CE Mark certification.
