Mayo Clinic appoints new CEO for Mayo Clinic Arizona

From a research perspective, Dr. Gray primarily focuses on breast cancer, sarcomas and melanoma, as well as reducing pain in treatment and recurrence following treatment. He has published more than 140 research manuscripts in medical journals, including the Journal of the National Cancer Institute and JAMA Surgery.

Dr. Gray first came to Mayo Clinic in Arizona in 1995 as a surgical intern and completed his residency and a fellowship in surgical oncology at Mayo Clinic in Arizona. Then, after a second fellowship in surgical oncology at the Moffitt Cancer Center, he joined the staff at Mayo Clinic in 2001. He is chair of the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center in Arizona, chair of Mayo's Breast Specialty Council, and the vice chair of the Department of Surgery in Arizona.
