“Things for HTMs and IT over the next five years are certainly going to change significantly, and the challenge for them is to be prepared to go into education mode, where a substantial portion of their work is learning,” he said. “If the HTM community doesn’t want to get left behind, they’re going to have to recognize the need for the change and begin to make those changes.”
