AMERICAS 2015
The second annual MEDICAL WORLD AMERICAS conference will explore pressing health care challenges, like the ones brought to light by the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. In evaluating the care complexities associated with these tragedies the event will emphasize the lessons learned from mistakes made — and breakthrough innovations to combat these health care concerns that arise during crises.

"Now it is more important than ever for health care professionals to work together to protect the health of our communities and country," the conference organizers said in a statement.

MEDICAL WORLD AMERICAS 2015 will feature experts on a diverse range of topics in three plenary sessions: Collaborating to Address Health Problems, Game Changers in Health Care and Data Driven Health Care.

Organizers of the conference will also release a landmark survey on patient preferences in their health care experience in 2015, and beyond; what those things imply and how health care practitioners can start addressing them.

Last year's inaugural session brought together a diverse group of over 2,000 medical professionals from 33 countries.

The conference will be held from April 27th through 29th at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas.
