St. Louis, Mo. - Amerinet Inc., a leading national healthcare solutions organization, today announced that they have signed a new agreement with MAQUET Medical Systems USA, a global medical device leader, for their critical care ventilators. This new agreement is expected to bring significant cost savings to Amerinet customers.

"We commend Amerinet for their commitment to providing their members with SERVO, the most technologically advanced ventilator available today," said Raoul Quintero, President, MAQUET Medical Systems USA. "We are proud to provide products like SERVO, that combine state-of-the-art sensitivity and lung protection with reliability and simplicity to the physicians and patients who rely on us daily."

With unmatched flexibility, SERVO is the perfect choice for use in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) and adult intensive care unit (ICU). Developed with customers and patients in mind, SERVO ventilators were the first of its kind on the market to offer clinicians a modular platform with functionality for a variety of applications and therapies to ultimately benefit the critical care patient.

The agreement between Amerinet and MAQUET was effective January 1, 2012 and will run through December 31, 2014.
