NovaRad Corporation
American Fork, Utah -- NovaRad Corporation announced today that Palm Drive Hospital in Sebastopol, Calif. has selected NovaRIS and NovaPACS for its facility. This latest contract brings NovaRad's installations in California to 20.

The hospital's executive team chose NovaRad because its PACS could be installed in fewer than four weeks and because the hardware and software upgrades were included, at no additional charge, as part of the contract.

"More and more facilities are choosing NovaRad because we offer complete systems at an affordable price," said Paul Shumway, vice president at NovaRad. "We are looking forward to working with Palm Drive Hospital to help them help their community, as well as achieve their imaging and business goals."

NovaPACS is NovaRad's complete, turnkey PACS offering fast image retrieval, full-feature viewer with intuitive interface, and 7-year on-site archive with off site emergency back up. Full screen viewing, easy to use menus and mouse-based functions are available to help enhance efficiency and referring physicians have complete access to images and reports from any computer. To complement NovaPACS, NovaRad offers NovaRIS. Developed on the same platform as NovaPACS, NovaRIS generates reports, measures profitability and facilitates paperless management of patient records.
