This is a used item which has been tested and appears to function as it should. There are no cracks or significant damage to the instruments housing or display. The battery door is missing. It previous owner, a large clinic used a piece of packing to tape to hold the 2 AA batteries in place. This missing door appears to be a common issue and we are searching for options to purchase several doors to complete these otherwise complete units. It is suggested the buyer source a new cuff based on user size. The manufacture does not make a one size fits all cuff. Software for the ABPM 6100 can be downloaded from the manufacturer's site at no charge. Instructions are also downloadable.
