This working timed light fixture is 40 to 50 years old. There are no records of it at the manufacturer's current site nor is there anything on the web about this model or a similar UV light made by Fischer.

I suspect the light produced by this light is UVA, however I have not as yet confirmed this.
The intended use of this device was to treat maladies such as psoriasis and other skin diseases. It is theorized exposure reduces inflammation and slows down the abnormal growth of skin cells.
No documentation is available with the fixture. It was FDA and Health Canada Health Canada approved at the point of manufacture and there is no evidence that this has been withdrawn.
US customers will not be charged any taxes or fees on delivery. What is paid on purchase is all that will be charged.
Canadian customers will have 5% tax(GST) added to their invoice prior to the package being sent.
Shipping outside of the USA and Canada is available at cost.
