We have two of these US made optical intubation scopes, one for pediatric use. The other Levitan model is for larger patients with trachea trauma or abnormalities restricting access. The scope with the pink band is the pediatric unit. Both are DC powered using commonly available commercial batteries. Both scopes work and have no apparent pixel issues. A copy of the manufacturer's instruction sheet is included with each scope. It can also be downloaded from the manufacturer's site. An aluminum medical grade storage tray is available with each scope at the time of purchase for an additional $35 (includes delivery).
