This German made device was branded under the US company Parnell Electronics. I believe that it is a Buehler product sold by them as a 200 series Elecktrotom model. I can find no reference materials to confirm this, however, it is consistent with what I can find on Buehler equipment. Parnell Electronics is no longer in business. Buehler co-brands as Integra and continues to sell related Electrosurgical products.
This coagulator comes with an original stylus and grounding plate and is 120 VAC powered. It is complete except for the control knob faceplate cover and foot control. It is warrantied to be in working condition but will require a two pin (of/on) foot control be purchased or fabricated in order to work properly. It was tested by jumping the pinning and testing the stylus for output.
