Comes with the Precision Flow Humidifier, Q50 Compressor, Air Inlet Filter Trap, O2 Inlet Filter Trap, Air Connection Hose, O2 Connection Hose and OEM Vapotherm Stand. This is a really nice machine and hard to find including the compressor. We guarantee it will not be DOA.The precision flow plus humidifier is in beautiful condition. The unit powers on and the display illuminates. This units was manufactured in 2020 according to the label and was recently removed from a working environment. All buttons and dials are in excellent condition and I can use them to navigate use of the device. The O2 filter trap with hose and the Air filter trap with hose are both present. This unit does not come with disposable patient circuits, however they can easily be obtained online. You will need a patient circuit in order for this device to be fully functioning. Due to the absence of the patient circuit no further testing has been conducted. The overall finish of the unit is nice. No cracks or broken pieces. The patient circuit door opens and closes properly. This system is mounted to the OEM Vapotherm rolling stand with I.V. pole, basket, handle and 5 large rolling swivel casters. The Q50 High Flow Medical Air Compressor is also in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. During testing the devices powers on and I can hear the compressor running, although it is very quiet compared to other medical compressors. When I put my hand near the air port, I can feel the air flow. According to the specs this compressor delivers 40 l/m.This compressor has low hours according to the counter (1036 hrs). According to the device specifications these compressors are expected to run 20,000 hours. The excess moisture water bottle reservoir and air intake filter are present. The machine operates using a simple on/off switch. The paint shows some minor signs of wear due to previous use but nothing to affect its function. The Precision Flow is a system for high flow humidified respiratory therapy by nasal cannula. It incorporates the Vapotherm core humidification technology with an electronic blender and flow controller. The water and gas pathways are both incorporated into a removable, disposable patient circuit.

The Vapotherm Q50 air compressor supplies air up to 35L/min. in order to support use of the Vapotherm Precision Flow system in the absence of wall or tank supplied air. The compressor was designed to be mounted on a Precision Flow Roll Stand, or placed directly on a flat level floor. The low profile footprint, light weight, and pole mounting capability allow for multiple use configurations and modes of transport. The Vapotherm Q50 Air Compressor is designed for use only with the Vapotherm Precision Flow system. The compressor is intended to supplement the air needs of the Precision Flow in the event that wall or tank air is not available. It is for institutional use only. It is not intended for home use.

Condition & Testing

These Vapothermsystems are in excellent cosmetic and power tested condition. The respirators power on without issue and the displays illuminate. All buttons, dials, indicator lights and audible alarms are working. The disposable patient circuits are still new in packaging.The overall finish of the devices is very nice. No cracks or deep scratches. The patient circuit door opens and closes as intended. Both units O2 and Air filter traps are undamaged. The hoses are in excellent condition. The pole clamp holds the respirator to the stand. The stand is equipedwith an I.V. pole, basket, handle and 5 large rolling swivel casters all in great shape.

The Q50 compressors are in excellent condition as well. The moisturereservoir bottle and air intake filter are present. The device powers on and I can hear the compressor start although it is very quiet compared to other medical compressors. The Air Flow Outlet is easily connected to the air hose of the precision flow. The paint of the units has a few minor scuffs but nothing to effect its use. Overall these are very nice systems especially for the money. We guarantee they will not be DOA.
