Two are available, both appear in good condition. These work with the Intelijet 4350 to ensure awareness of IV liquid levels. The two Levelerts available were separated from the instrument they were somewhere during the surplus sale process. We do not have a Intelijet 4350 available for sale.

The cost of shipping one unit is the same as shipping two. Should the buyer purchase two using the instant purchase tab and be billed for two we will refund the shipping difference. Overseas shipping will be billed separately at cost.

Return Policy

7 Day Return Policy. Customer must pay the return shipping costs when returning a product. If you find the item is not as described in the ad it may be returned for a purchase price refund. Generally, all of our items have an inspection warranty which kicks in upon delivery for a period of 7 to 14 days.
