Open bidding -- Your Auction is viewable by all of DOTmed’s more than 25,000 unique visitors a day, and more than 375,000 registered users. Any Pre-approved Bidder can bid, and the bidding is public and transparent.

We negotiate with Bidders -- We answer Bidders' questions, close the Auction and collect payment. We pay you before your equipment is released.

We promote your equipment to known Buyers -- In addition to open bidding, DOTmed targets and contacts known buyers to maximize the bidding and sale price.

Deinstallation & shipping -- DOTmed manages the deinstallation, crating and shipping, and export paperwork if necessary. We pay you before your equipment is released.

Clean Sweep™ -- If you have multiple items you need removed and stored off-site, DOTmed’s Clean Sweep program is the answer. We then auction those items while they are in storage.
